The location is fantastic. It is a quick five minute walk to airline check-in counters. the suite i booked for my husband's birthday was beautiful. i enjoyed the lovely welcome fruit platter plus chocolates. it.!!
i found that the hotel didn't offer complimentary water in the room, a very minor inconvenience.

the room had air conditioning to keep the temperature comfortable, and the soundproofing kept the room very quiet. the spacious bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. fluffy towels were provided.

The location is superb due to its connection to the airport terminal and train station. The access to luggage trolleys helped a lot with our bags. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. I liked the gluten-free options available. They made my mornings easier (a true blessing!).
I found the hallway a bit warm, even with the lobby cooling system working.

the room was super clean and comfortable. the front desk personnel were great. the lobby features infused water and a bar, which i liked. my room was spacious and very clean it really reflected the brand standards.
the shower design was not ideal. it had a six-inch step up and it became slippery when wet without any bars for support. there were only two bath towels provided

the hotel connects directly to terminal one. the long distance train station sits just below the hotel. i found a supermarket, drugstore and restaurants inside 'the squaire', connected to the hotel, very useful.

the reception staff was helpful and courteous. when i used the elevator, i scanned my room key. this enabled the elevator to go to my floor, so the security feature.

the room was quiet with no outside noises. the bed was comfortable. the furnishings were modern and high-end. the bathroom included high-end products like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner i found beneficial.

the hotel's location inside the airport was convenient. it eliminated the need for extra transportation.
The breakfast was a real letdown. It felt overpriced, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. the coffee machines weren't working, and i couldn't order anything special from the kitchen. i've honestly had better breakfasts at much cheaper hotels.
